Not Without My Animals

Sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day, and as much as I enjoy writing posts for this blog, it generally takes a day to complete a post which has meant a policy of quality over quantity.  I hope that my readers feel that this is a worthwhile policy and will bear with me until I have time again to write more posts.  I do have plenty of subjects prepared in my mind to write about, I just need the time to sit down and invest that energy.

Part of the reason for the delay in posts is that in March I began teaching English part time until the end of June and with the onset of spring here in Sweden, there has been quite a lot of garden work that needed to be done in a short span of time. 

However, just when the gardening was done and there seemed to be some time becoming available for writing posts, something very important presented itself that must occupy my time for the next while.  While it is true that "the pen is mightier than the sword" and great works can begin just with a few well written words, sometimes one must take their efforts to the next level.
